Experience from inside the Division of Water Resources

West Slope Water Accounting is led by a professional engineer who retired from the Colorado Division of Water Resources in Glenwood Springs after 24 years of service. Most recently serving as Assistant Division Engineer, I managed the augmentation plan team responsible for developing and reviewing water accounting across the state.

I was directly involved in developing the Statewide Accounting Protocol and the requirements DWR uses today. That means fewer rounds of revisions, fewer surprises, and a submission that is prepared the way the state expects it the first time.

I specialize in Colorado's Western Slope, specifically the Colorado River Basin in Colorado. I prepare and submit monthly and annual augmentation plan accounting on your behalf, so you can focus on your water while I handle the compliance.
